    William Pickens -The fighting elder of Andrew Pickens left Ireland perhaps after the fall of Limerick. First of the Pickens to arrive in America. The records in Bucks County, Pennsylvania from Neshaminy Presbyterian Church indicate that William Pickens and wife Margaret were from Ireland and were admitted to the church in Neshaminy by certificate in April of 1720.
