She is the daughter of Jacob Naff Sr. & Eva Catherine (Flory) Naff. She was born in Lancaster County, PA and moved with her family to Franklin County, VA in 1782. She remained unmarried, living on the homeplace with her parents and later with her nephew, Jonathan Naff until her death at an age of about 100. Her gravesite is marked with a fieldstone. The gravesite can be located using GPS at N 37/08.730' , W 80/00.913'.

The cemetery is on a small hill surrounded by a small fence and hayfield on the left side of the road, opposite from Remle LN. The cemetery is visible from Wades Gap Road.
