After Sarahs death, he returned home to care for his elderly mother Mary. Daughter Minnie was left in the care of SarahÕs parents.
In 1880, Perrys mother Mary Shatto Montgomery came to keep house for him following the death of PerryÕs father John Montgomery.
In 1920, daughter Minnie Buell and 2 of her sons came to live with Perry. In 1932, Perrys grandson Walter Buell was living with Perry, along with Walters wife Hildred and daughter Mary Louise Buell (Perrys great granddaughter).
